First day of Second Grade

Our sweet baby girl started the 2nd grade this year. Where did the time go? She is so big and loves her school and teacher. We feel extra blessed this year because we probably got the only AGGIE 2nd grade teacher in all of Middle Tennessee!!!! We love Mrs. Dalton and we are sure that she is teaching Emma Grace all the essentials of 2nd grade and reinforcing the importance of going to college at Texas A&M!!! What more could we ask for!

Emma Grace's 7th Birthday Party

On August 10th our sweet Emma Grace turned 7. This year we had a party with 12 of her classmates. Usually, in the past, we have invited families to her birthday but this year we gave her full control. We rented a waterslide in the backyard and had 12 second graders dropped off for a couple of hours of chaos. It was awesome and we had one very happy little girl. Can't wait for the slumber party that she has requested for next year (NOT).

It is time to start Blogging again!!!

Well, The Brown Family is officially back online. We are so sorry for the long dissappearance but 2010 has not turned out to be the best year for us. However, with the start of the new school year, I decided I would get back to scrapebooking our life again on our blog. I look forward to an eventful end of 2010 and an exciting new beginning in 2011.
